BULLY-KUN

A french man with one goal and one goal only: to bully Danganronpa characters. His most favorite target is Hiyoko Saionji. He has served and is possibly still serving in the French Military. His ritualpost is very much inspired by the Harry Potter "No!" pasta, as the first sentence or two is always different every post.
